If you or your organization enters into Service Agreements with Operion, those agreements — and not these Terms or the Site content — will exclusively govern the services. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreements, the Service Agreements prevail with respect to the services.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and, in particular, not to:

This Section applies only to the use of the Site; disputes under Service Agreements are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of those agreements.

These Terms are published in English and Spanish; the English version governs in case of discrepancy. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
